Viewing and Exporting Data

In GideonSoft, you can quickly edit, export, or delete data for multiple people. GideonSoft exports data into a .CSV format, so you can perform analyses using your preferred statistical analysis tool.

 

Viewing Data

  • From the Instance homepage, navigate to “Data Points” (using Quick Links).
  • You can narrow the number of rows by using the search box.
  • You can further filter the results by using the “Showing” drop down, which includes:
    • All
    • Scores Only
    • Evaluations Only
    • Descriptives Only
    • Ranks Only
  • Under “Advanced Search”, there are additional drop downs you can use to select Subjects (Targets) and Assessors, as well as enter a Start and End date of a particular time period.
  • Sort the list of data in ascending or descending order by clicking the up/down arrows next to the column heading.

 

Once you have the results filtered down as needed, there are several functions available:

  • View detail, such as comments, timestamp or other descriptive information, by clicking the blue down arrow on the left.
  • Edit data from this page by clicking the name of the score.
  • Delete one or more scores by checking the box next to the row of data, then click “Remove Selected”.
  • Quickly export data by checking the box next to the row of data, then click “Export to CSV”.
  • Set Baseline or Exclude flags on individual evaluations, by using the “Flag Selected” drop down.
