Expanded Reporting Capabilities

Show me the Data! … We know you need to see the data, and need flexibility on how you see it, so we’ve added more reports, more display options, and more features. 

• Powerful new Detail Data Chart … replacing and expanding on the Line Chart, this makes use of more data sources and more visualizations, and the ability to reference parameters!
• Include any embeddable external content … display a Power BI or Tableau report or a Wikipedia page right in your GideonSoft report, using the new External Content item.
• More Reporting throughout your Organization … The Custom Group Report, based on the Instance level version, is now available at the Org and Module levels, and the new Survey Report can show analytics on surveys throughout the Org.
• More flexible layout options … Use master/detail data options to group data within rows in Detail Data Grids. Text Cards can also support this functionality using code templates.

Dashboard Enhancements

More Control right up front … We also know you may like to see or display summarized data right when you sign in, so we’ve added capabilities to the badges and dashboard.

• Shared Dashboard Tabs … Your GideonSoft Admin can now create shared widgets and dashboards for you and others. Display always current people count or score data points for quick reference.
• More Badge Control … Now you can “lock” a badge so others can view the badge but not drill down to the individual data points going into the badge’s summary value. You can also “hide” a badge, making it only visible to create a widget.
• New Badge Type … Scores! Summarize a mapped or unmapped score right on the dashboard.
• New Power BI Dashboard Tabs … Your admin can also set up a dashboard tab containing Power BI content.

More Features for Survey Takers

• To Be Continued? … We’ve added an option for survey takers to save a draft of their session in order to come back and finish it later. 
• A Table of Contents for Web Survey takers … just like the GideonSoft mobile app, now an optional table of contents is available when completing surveys on the web. 

Miscellaneous Improvements

• More Supervisor options in the C.P.R. … Supervisors can now edit check-ins made with employees, and the Appraisal page can now be printed and/or exported to PDF.
• Spreadsheets can now display Rank values … Displayed in read only mode.
• Expanded tools for admins … Now Overseers and Overlords can perform bulk password resets.
• Easier goal setting … We’ve made goals and goal reminders more visible!
