Adding and Managing People at the Module Level

There are two tabs on the Module level People page, but they mean different things, depending on the type of Module you’re viewing.

In a Performance Module …

  • The People tab displays people who are members of Instances in the current Module, as well as people only at the Module (i.e. Assignments). By and large, a Performance Module does not store people “in” the Module. Most people are added and stored only in Instances, since that’s where evaluation takes place.
  • The Module Assignments tab displays people assigned to one or more Module roles (i.e. Overlord, Overseer). These are people who usually are not members of any Instances.

In a Persistent module …

There are no Instances, so all people are added and stored at the Module level.

  • The People tab displays people being evaluated.
  • The Assignments tab displays those doing the evaluation and the administration.

As a result, at the Module level, you’ll either add to People or to Assignments. Either way is similar to adding people in Instances (except the Join Code and Email Invite methods are not available at the Module level).

Adding People

To add people in a Persistent Module, you can enter one at a time manually or use a spreadsheet. Either way, at least one Role must be in place before adding people, and ideally, Categories will also be prepared ahead of time.

Adding Assignments

To add assignments in any Module, you can enter manually, import via spreadsheet, or import from another Module or Instance. At least one Role must be in place before adding people to these assignments.
