More Powerful Report Capabilities
- Wild Card Operators … The Details Data Grid, Pivot Grid and Line Chart items now have wildcard capabilities for greater data filtering flexibility.
- New Line Chart card … You can now display data over time using one or more trend lines.
- Parameters … Make your reports dynamic! Add a date range or pick list option for more focused data, or to show only relevant report elements.
- Expanded layout options … The Profile Header card is now available at the Instance level, the Membership card now has an orientation setting, and Detail Data Grids can sort survey evaluations using ‘Rating Sort Order’. Also, the person selector will now show/sort by Last Name, First Name, with the last name in bold.
New Custom Dashboards
Create a custom Dashboard at the Org or Module level. Using a Summary badge, which acts as a “dataset”, you can create widgets to quickly chart trends, proportion or counts of the data you’re focused on. Various visualization options are available based on the people, statuses or other variables you select.
Scheduler Improvements
- More info on the Calendar … We’ve added the ability to view Surveys, Observations, Reports and Autotags on the Calendar for better coordination and execution of your plan.
- AutoTag Integration … Even better data filtering! Autotags can now be created and edited from the Scheduler.
- Add Items More Easily … An improved UI makes it easier to add a new Event, Note or Autotag.
Data Management
- Bulk Variable Editor … Modify multiple existing variables on the fly!
- Bulk Statistics Viewer … Easily view and export all stats to CSV. (There’s quick access to edit a stat, too)
- Variable Mapping Editor … A whole new UI makes managing mapped variables much more intuitive.
A New Observation Type
We’ve added the Action observation type, which is different from a behavior. This enables an instructor to quickly capture the number of times an action occurred (e.g. how many pushups a candidate does; or, how many pitches were thrown), and allows a running total of an action to be tallied.
Miscellaneous Updates
- Close Instance changes … Provides a ‘best practice’ checklist of steps to take before closing an Instance.
- New Home Page Summary Badge filter … The Person Status History filter will look at a person’s status history (including current status) and returning any matches.
- New Tagged Matrix Rating … This new survey question type is similar to the Matrix Rating, but you can create unlimited number of Tags to rate. For example, an instructor can quickly rate multiple items across multiple training days (e.g. tags could include “Day 1”, “Day 2”, etc). The Tagged Matrix is available for web or mobile input.
- Score Variable Index … Variable Weights have been added to the score variable index for Calculated and Transformed scores.
- Mobile App Orientation … Phones can now also rotate orientation (just like tablets previously).
