Survey Item: Feedback Question Type
This allows the user to choose pre-existing feedback text to add to their responses from the Feedback Library (see The Feedback Tool). Under Feedback Options, select the Feedback type:
- Content Library only … allows the taker to select an existing feedback item only (no editing is allowed)
- Content Library + custom text … allows the taker to add custom text in addition to the selected existing feedback item; also allows editing of the existing feedback once added
- Content Library only (displays category source(s)) … displays the category source(s) along with the feedback item; does not allow editing of the existing feedback
Note: This question type is not supported on the mobile app. As a result, once a feedback question is added to a survey, the entire survey will not be available for anyone signed in to the mobile app.
