Survey Item: Multi-Text Question Type

This provides multiple text entry fields in response to a single question. Having multiple text fields allows each response to be stored separately. An example might be asking “What 3 exercises or drills can the team do to improve?”, and responses might be “Cone drill”, “Weave drill”, and “Conditioning drills”. You can set:

• Minimum number of entries (default 1)
• Maximum number of entries allowed (default no limit)
• Number of lines of text to display in the text box (default 3)
• Evaluation Descriptive Name (for identifying in data analysis and reporting)
