For Admins: Managing People at the Org Level Just Got a Lot Easier!

Now more like the Persistent Module and Instance people pages, there are customizable columns, filtering/grouping, a watch list and bulk actions!
Custom grouping types and icons can be set up for managing people throughout the Org. Group people together as needed, and sync data between the Org and Module levels.

There are now advanced filtering options, and in Performance modules, there’s a location field, showing instance status and module assignment.
Bulk edit data for people in Persistent Modules, using spreadsheet functionality (including a field cheat sheet).
More roles & permission sets are now available for assignment in Persistent Modules, giving you more refined control when providing access. These can be applied to specific fields as well.
When pulling people from Persistent Modules (i.e. recruits with no sign in) to Instances, you can now easily create a GideonSoft account for them to sign in if they don’t already have one; or link it to an existing account.
When changing the status of one or more people, you can now also archive or unarchive people.

Select a score variable for the x-axis and a variable for the y-axis, and this displays everyone in a selected role as a scatter plot. Roll over the various visual elements for more detail. Customize labels, markers, colors, tool tips, the legend, and add reference lines if you like. Available for both Custom Person and Custom Group reports.
In Custom Group reports, when including multiple people with multiple series, you can plot them all together or display a dropdown so the viewer can select which one to plot. There are also more tool tip options regarding the person’s name/identifier along with the series & values.

Ensure more consistent data … create text or numerical picklists for descriptive data entry on people profiles, surveys and other entry points.
Ensure more clean data … Validation is now available for people descriptive fields: email, phone, zip or URL!
Choose which descriptives to display on profiles, reports, or the instance home page. Designed to handle instances with a lot of descriptives and a lot of people!

Set a custom timestamp for observations.
Personalize comments using ‘macro’ text (dynamically insert Identifier, First Name or Last Name).

Transformation Score Filters now support up to 5 tag filters. The multiple tags are also available for the Variable Spreadsheet import.
Feedback rules can now target Objects, Role Objects and Team Objects.
Feedback rules can now compare scores to constant values or dynamic values, which can be one or more scores.
Statuses can now conditionally require comments and/or tags, available for both Persistent Modules and Instances.
Easily see which observations have been edited. When editing an observation from History, there is a new evaluation descriptive and visual indicator to help users know when they’ve edited an item.
