Using Spreadsheets on a Mobile Device (app)

To enter data into a spreadsheet, begin by tapping the document icon in the icon bar.

  • You will then see a list of all the Surveys and Spreadsheets that you are able to fill out. Tap the name of the spreadsheet to open it.
  • Use the green arrows at the bottom to navigate between columns in the spreadsheet.
  • Tap on the numbers at the bottom of the screen to display a list of all columns. From this screen, you will be able to jump to any column in the spreadsheet.
    • Columns that are not required, but have not been filled out are displayed in black text.
    • All completed/viewed columns are displayed in green with a check mark.
    • If done entering information, you can tap Submit Survey (in the mobile app, spreadsheets are handled like surveys).
  • On the last step (where “Ready to submit!” is displayed), tap the green Submit button at the bottom.
