Report Design 2: Location, Availability and Access

Assigning Report Access

Access to reports can be designated from the Reports page. If no assignments (include or exclude) have been made, the reports will only be visible to people with Overlord permissions or above.

  • Click the blue down arrow to the right of the report name.
  • Click “Assignments”.
  • Click “Add new assignment”.
  • Select User, Permission Set or Role, and the click “Add”.
  • Select one or more from the displayed list.
    • Click “Exclude from selected” to hide the report from the selected people.
    • Click “Allow selected” to display the report to the selected people.
  • Click “Done” to return to the Reports page.

 

Managing Report Availability

Report availability can be managed via Measurement Model – Scheduler.

 

Note: With appropriate permissions, more advanced report availability options, including where and when to display the report, as well as more nuanced access, are made from the Reports page, by entering Design mode. See Adding/Creating a Report.
