Managed at the Instance level, this utility allows us to view/manage user activity, synchronize Mobile activity, and help recover from errors. For example, if an end user has completed a survey without error, but the responses/data does not appear in any reports or output, you may find a task in the queue that explains what the problem is and possibly how to remedy it.

 

  • When a task is processed and fails (for whatever reason), its status is changed to Error.
  • You can filter by Status or by Type to help narrow the list. Click on an item to see detail.
  • After several attempts the task queue will stop trying to process the task.
  • You can click on a row to expand it and view additional detail about the task, in order to help troubleshoot a potential issue.
  • You can click the restart task icon toward the right end of a row to initiate another attempt at processing the task.
