Organization Settings – Tools

From the Organization homepage, click on “Site settings” to access these organization level options.

 

Open or Close Instance

Quickly and easily open or close multiple Instances. Click a Module to display all Instances it contains, and toggle either Open or Closed (you will be prompted to confirm).

 

System Logging

View the admin and configuration activity that has occurred in this system. You can:

• Export the audit history to a csv file.
• Search for key phrases.
• Expand each entry for more detail (where available).

 

Manage Mobile Devices

Displays all the times a person has accessed the mobile version of the app, along with date, device/OS and app version information. You can:

• Search the log.
• Sort by clicking any column header, and control how many items are displayed at a time.
• Deauthorize a device by clicking the X icon.
• Deauthorize all devices.

 

Manage Text Replacements

Text replacements can be used by reports to allow report designers to create more generic reports that report administrators (Overlord, Overseer, Proctors) can override. Once a text replacement has been referenced by a report, it cannot be deleted or renamed. However, the label (what the administrator sees) can be changed.. Provide:

• Label … This is displayed to the administrator only.
• Name … This is the parameter name, or reference, to enter in a report.
• Default Value … This is used when there is no override from a report administrator.

 

Sign In Failure Log

This shows you all the times a person has entered an incorrect username and password combination when attempting to sign in. You can search, sort and clear the log.

 

Manage Goal Library

Manage goals in the goal library. See Goal Library

 

View Access Requests

Users who are locked out can request to be unlocked. Their requests can be viewed here.

 

Setup Social Media Links

Simply toggle which social media links should be made available for people throughout GideonSoft.

• Facebook
• Twitter
• Instagram
• Linked In
• Blog/Website

 

Manage Restricted Users

This tool allows you to un-restrict users that do not have system access. You can:

• Search people.
• Filter by Module.
• Filter by Instance.
• Sort by any column header.
• Determine how many people to display at a time.
• Select one or more people and click ‘Unrestrict Users’.

 

Manage API Tokens

This tool allows you to view a list of issued API tokens. There is also an option to revoke API tokens.
