Report Item: Shot Graph

(Instance level only) This can display multiple score variables in either a bar chart or radar chart. Each bar (bar chart) or spoke (radar chart) requires a score variable. The settings:

  • Caption … displayed above the chart.
  • Band Cutoff Percentages … these define color for the chart to show how good (or bad) a score value is. Value must be 0-100.
    • Cutoff … This sets the upper limit for a band.
    • Style … Select a color value when the score falls below the cutoff.
    • Visualization Type … select Bars or Radar Chart.
    • Include people from the following roles … select one or more.
    • Scale … sets the maximum value to compare the score against.
    • Text to display when all data is missing (optional)
    • Text to display when a single data is missing (optional)
  • Attributes … these make up the main data points (bars or spokes)
    • Add Attribute
    • Overall Score
      • Select a score variable, and provide a label. If you don’t see the score variable you wish to add, and want to create one, click Create New Variable. See Quick Variable Creator.
      • Add a link to another report if desired.
    • Add Contributing Score (optional) … these can provide some context for the Attribute.
      • Select a score variable, and provide a label.
      • When the report is run a small ‘table’ icon will be displayed; when clicked, a table of data will be displayed below the shot graph based on the contributing score(s), and will include average and standard deviation data.
