New Custom Group Report

This new report type uses the same design interface as the Custom Person report and includes visualization cards for Behavior List, Bulletin, Data Grid, Detail Data Grid, Pivot Grid (new!), Arc Score, Bar Chart, Pic Chart, Liquid Fill and Gauge. You can also now bundle group reports into a single PDF with bookmarks to the individual team reports.

Expanded Custom Person Report Features

• The Custom Person report is now available at the Organization and Module levels, and displays data from across Modules and Instances. Select the Modules & Roles to be included, and the Modules will determine the variables and other data displayed. 
• 360° Grid … formerly known as the Peer Grid, this visualization card now supports up to 5 inputs (e.g. Self, Peer, Supervisor, Subordinate and Other).
• Profile Header … This provides appropriate layout options for the Organization and Module levels.
• Membership … Easily display where a person is located in the Organization/Module.
• Data List … The new Data List card displays variable data (scores, descriptives, ranks, stats) in a list. You have options to change the label size, weight and color as well as the value size, weight and color. Handy for displaying a person’s demographic or biographical data!

New Report Design Options and Display Enhancements

• 360° report option … Eliminate the noise. When selected, only people in the report viewer’s 360° will show up in the person selector. If the report is a profile report, the report will only show up in profiles within the user’s 360°. This new report feature is available for Custom Person reports.
• Pivot Grid … Nerd out. This new visualization card is essentially a Detail Data Grid that can pivot on the detail data. The ability to pivot allows data that would normally be displayed in separate rows to be displayed as columns.
• Expand/collapse toggle … Reports now have a toggle to expand or collapse all sections. Display settings for report sections when first opening the report can be set in design mode so you only see what you need.

Subscription Services

• Notification options … GideonSoft now provides more precise control over what notifications you receive and how. In your profile, you can turn all on/off, and have an option for Email and/or Mobile notifications for Observations, Feedback, Surveys, Goals or Broadcast/timeline messages.
• Feedback notifications have been added to the mobile timeline as well as added to push notifications. 

Scheduler / Model Changes

• Activity report … The Activity Report can have model link association with activity categories and names. It can be filtered by model link as well.
• Model links … Model links can now be associated with activity categories and names and you can filter by model link.
• Time increments … In the Events builder time increments can be entered as free text increments or you can use the slider to choose time increments.

Improved Data Management

• Disabled/Invalid Score Handling … Introducing new tools to help resolve issues with disabled or invalid scores! A new filter has been added to the Variable Manager to identify which scores are disabled. You can then edit a disabled score, and GideonSoft will display detail that can help fix the issue.
• Report Variable References … GideonSoft’s Variable Manager will now track whether a variable is referenced in a report, which helps in a couple ways… First, it will prevent the variable from being deleted. Also, if the variable is renamed, the related report is also updated – you’re welcome.
• Export Variable Index … Now you can export one of the most important pieces of your configuration –  the descriptions of the data stored in GideonSoft. Select either Score Variable Index or Evaluation Variable Index data, and the output contains most everything you might need to know about a variable. 
• Data Export Redesign … The new design contains our newer user interface and resembles the configuration of a details data grid. The same design is available in all 3 echelons: Instance, Module, and Organization. Selecting a dataset is all that is needed to export data!

Expanded Survey Capabilities

• More Flexible Data Handling … Number and Rating types can now be saved as Descriptives, making it easy to reuse survey responses in other places in GideonSoft.
• Copy Previous Session … To help with collaboration, Surveys now allow users to bring in data from a previously completed survey.
• Question Selection Option (for mobile app users) … You can now enable mobile users to select which questions they would like to answer when taking the survey. Required questions are always selected by default, but other questions may be unselected.
• Analytics … In Survey Analytics you can summarize the report based on the person who took the survey or who the survey was taken on. You can also summarize by date! 

Miscellaneous Updates 

• Report Drafts … Reports can now be saved as Draft, which are not shown in the UI and are not available to be turned on/off from the scheduler panel.
• Updated Admin/QA Report Access … We’ve updated the admin and QA reporting available in the web, and now provide access to people with Proctor level permissions.
