Survey Item: Rating Question Type

This allows you to simply ask a familiar “How many stars?” (or one of several shapes) as a rating response. This question type is compatible for both web browsers and the mobile app.

Number of Options … Set how many icons to display on the survey (min 3, max 10)

Shapes … Select which icon style to use.

Set first value to zero … Causes the first data point to start at 0 rather than 1.
