Report Item: Comment
Displays comments about the selected person.
Columns … Select how many columns (up to 4) are used to display the comments.
Comment Options
- Style … Select a layout style:
- Comment List (plain)
- Comments Only List (no names)
- Comment Thread (with images) … includes the author’s profile image and comment date
- Word Cloud … use the options below to filter/customize:
- Enter words to exclude
- Show Top N Words … This option will only display the top n ranked words. Enter a number.
- Minimum Word Count … This option will exclude words that don’t meet the minimum count threshold. Enter a number.
- Minimum Word Length … This option will exclude words that don’t meet the minimum length threshold. Enter a number.
- Variable … Identify the variable as the source.
- Text to display when no comments exist … You can provide alternate text.
- Show Variable Labels … off, by default.
- Show Person … off, by default. Displays the subject of the comment.
- Add Variable … Evaluation variables are selected and ordered by expanding the Variables panel.
- Select an evaluation variable.
- Under “Display” where “Descriptive” is selected, you must enter the descriptive value referenced by the Survey or Observation used for input; this is frequently “Comment”. (Contact your GideonSoft administrator to confirm).
- Click “Add Variable”.
