Your Profile Got a Makeover!

Customized Data Display … Customize as needed, displaying org-wide and instance-specific data, with the option of allowing them to be editable.
Easy access to more kinds of data … An admin can use the new sidebar icon and panel to quickly access a person’s history, goals, reports and other data.
“My Profile” Self View/Editing Control … The sidebar includes history and goals, and all data fields only include what admins make available.

Import Positions from other Instances … and set it to “current” if appropriate.
More Convenient Check Ins … Check In from anywhere in GideonSoft using the Profile dropdown, as well as from the Profile or Position pages.
Offer Manager Guidance in Check Ins … The organization can set default prompts for managers, providing instruction or direction of what comments and/or topics to include in Check Ins.
A Sleek New Position Page … The CPR Activity feed now shows activity from all Positions and Instances, so managers can view historical items easier. (By the way, we also improved the print/PDF export output from this page; handy reference for those one-on-one meetings!)
Stay Current … People can be in multiple open Instances, so they can be in more than one active Position. So, now you can identify the “current” Position in GideonSoft.

See What You’ve Completed and What Needs to Be Done … Using a new split screen layout, you can more easily see your progress: surveys, targets, sessions and more history detail, including tags.
More Intuitive Survey Navigation … Buttons and labels have been revised and reorganized to help you get things done.

Require a Digital “John Hancock” … Add a “signature” field, which prompts the signer for a PIN or password. Signers can be the report target, viewer or up to 3 alternate signers.
More Expressive Data Grids … Create dynamic tooltips and formatting conditions. Expressions can reference data from other cells (hidden or visible) and perform calculations, or combine values into a single string.
Iconic Reporting … In report headers and container sections, insert icons and change text and background colors.

Create Custom Export Layouts … Customize the dataset to export: data types, columns, roles, criteria, etc.; or just use a prebuilt export set.
Save Custom Export Layouts … Once the dataset is exactly as you need it, save it for future exports! And you can save multiple export templates.

CPR Check In Support … Employees can Check In from the settings page; and via the People tab, Supervisors can perform Check Ins or view a person’s Position.
Search for People in Observations … You can now search for people while recording Observations.

A New Custom Dashboard Design … A whole new visualization is available for dashboards, and it looks and interacts just like GideonSoft reports. (Contact your administrator to get one set up!)
More Survey Branching Possibilities … Matrix Rating and Tagged Rating items can now use visibility rules, referencing roles as well as question/tag visibility settings. (This is supported in the mobile app too!)
