New Goal Worksheet … It’s now easy to create and manage your goals. Quickly set up goals, commitments and completion dates to build your own individual development plan!
Reminders … Receive daily or weekly notices at a specified time to help keep you on track!
Download Worksheet … Save to PDF or print your plan for offline reference.
Commitments … What steps will you commit to taking to accomplish your goal?
Send to your Supervisor … For their review, visibility and feedback.

Kiosk Mode … Activate a full screen layout with no other menus or options. Let each team member quickly enter their last set in the weight room!
Redesigned web UI … Completing a survey will look and feel the same in the web or mobile app.
Expanded Branching … Now questions can be displayed or hidden based upon other responses, using the new Visibility settings. This builds on previous role-based branching capability.
Forward Only … Hide the back button! Useful for quizzes; prevents going back to change answers (or sharing with others).
Anonymous Surveys … Create a shareable link and solicit responses from people who do not have a GideonSoft account. The responder needs to provide an email (and a password if you like), and you can also set an expiration.
Rating Question Summaries … Display an average of a series of ratings in real time. Since that average may not tell the whole story, we’ve included an option to allow the rater to override it. You can also require an explanation for the override rating. GideonSoft will capture all these data points for even more comprehensive analysis!

Band Report Redesign … Now functions as a voting tool! Select people, data points and green/gray/red bands, apply votes and comments, and review the summary.
Stacked Bars … The Bar Chart item now has an option to display stacked bars, as values or as a percentage.
Rank Data … We added Ranks as a new data source for Detail Data Grid, Pivot Grid and Text items. (It’s now also available in Data Export)
More Text Widget Options … Now it can display a data point on the fly, and use conditional formatting, just like Detail Data Grids.
Report Activity … See what reports are being used. Report generation is now logged and a QA report is available at the Instance level.
R Integration … Create a decision tree based on machine learning analysis in the R platform, using historical GideonSoft data.

New Comparison Widget … Compare status counts in current vs. historical Instances.

Name Format … A new global setting to display people using their full Name or their assigned identifier. Instance Home page, Survey and Observation selection lists, and elsewhere throughout GideonSoft.
Quickly Broadcast a Question … Select who to ask, type your question, provide possible responses, set an expiration and send. The question appears on the timeline for the selected people to respond. You see results on your timeline as they come in.
