Instance Settings – Homepage and Customization

There are some items on the Instance home page, in the header bar. They are managed at the Module level and also dependent upon permissions.

Broadcast … toggles the Broadcast controls (for Power Users and above)

Feed … toggles the Timeline, filtered for the current Instance

Schedule … links to the Scheduler (for Proctors and above)

Events, Survey, Reports, Objectives tiles … each display the number of items available

Status tiles (optional) … these display counts of people assigned to the various Statuses.

Summary Badges

Displayed for Power Users and above between the header bar at the top and the tiles of people at the bottom, these “badges” are optional, customizable summaries of data regarding the displayed people. Managed at the Instance level, these can be assessor-focused (e.g. Number of Observations made) or assessee-focused (Average 40 Yard Dash time). These can be handy references for regular visitors to the instance home page, and they don’t require designing a report.

To manage these summaries, from the Instance home page go to Settings… Home Page Customizations. Drag and drop one of the available summaries to the main area on the right. The available types are:
