360 Relationships

Directly from any person’s profile page, you can quickly and visually assign supervisors, peers, subordinates, and other people. These assignments add increased functionality for surveys, observations, goal setting and reporting visualizations.

Assigning 360 relationships

• Scroll down towards the bottom of a person’s profile to see the 360 Relationships section.
• Under each of the four relationship spokes (and above the “Subordinate” spoke), there will either be:
  • “Add People”.
  • If any relationships have already been assigned, there will be a count displayed.
  • If only a single relationship has been assigned, the assigned person’s name will be displayed.
  • Click on whichever is displayed.
• Click to select all appropriate people for this relationship assignment, or use the Search box to locate a person quickly. If removing/un-assigning a relationship, simply un-check a person.
• Click the green “Save x Selections” button. If you’re removing all currently assigned relationships, the green button will say “Clear Relationships”.

Importing 360 Relationships

You can also import a list of 360 degree relationships in a CSV or Excel file. (See Managing People (Advanced Options) )
