My Settings

This page allows an avatar/profile photo and a background/header image to be uploaded. Click ‘Return to profile’ to leave this page.

My Settings (or Global User Settings)

In this section, the following can be entered/updated:

• Name … Enter your first and last name without commas.
• Username … The username is used to sign-in to the app.
• Email … Used to send notifications about important events, surveys, feedback, and reports.
• Height … In feet and inches.
• Age … Select your birthday on the calendar.
• Password (your own) … Must be at least 4 characters, but your organization may set additional restrictions.
• Notifications (your own) … Options for general (broadcast or other messages), behavior observation activity, feedback, survey activity, report subscriptions, goals and CPR position changes. Settings for email and mobile alerts.
• API Token (Overlords and above) … Create credentials to access APIs.

Social Networks

Depending on which services are enabled in your organization:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Blog/Website

(Organization and) Module Roles

• If any are assigned.

Overlords can also have access to the following on others’ pages, to manage their settings.

App Settings

• Global Identifier … The Global ID links users across all Modules and Instances.
• General Global Variable … This is an advanced setting and should only be edited by administrators.

Tools

• Reset Password … Use this to reset the person’s password.
• System access … This can be used to allow or prevent access to GideonSoft.
