Organization Settings – Permissions

From the Organization homepage, click on “Site settings” to access these organization level options.

Permission Set Assignment

You can assign people to the three default Organization Permission Sets, which apply to all Modules and Instances. Click on one to view the current assigned people, or add or remove people.

Role Clusters Assignment

Manage Role Clusters and assigned people. Role Clusters are used to more easily assign one or more users to Roles in multiple Modules. 

Click on a cluster to see module and permission detail, and access links to manage assignments, or edit or delete the cluster.

Click New Role Cluster to add a new one:

• Provide a Name.
• Select one or more Modules associated with this cluster.
• Select one or more permission sets to determine with a person in this cluster will be able to do.
• Click Create Role Cluster.

Overlords can only manage assignments. See Role Clusters
