Using CPR on a Mobile Device (app)

On the timeline of the mobile app, you can see notices of activity or reminders regarding your Position. 

 

View your Position 

Tap ‘You’, then ‘Full Site’ to bring up the same home screen you’d see on the web. Your responsibilities are available in the panel on the right (along with Timeline and Goals).

 

Respond to a Check In request 

Just tap the notification on your Timeline.

 

Request a Check In 

If your current Position is in the Instance you have selected, there will be a Check In button on the You screen, which prompts you with the same options as on the web. 

 

Complete your Self-Appraisal

  • When an Appraisal becomes available, you’ll receive a notification on your timeline.
  • Complete each responsibility, review your ratings and comments, and submit the Appraisal when you’re finished.

Record an AI Audio Check In or Appraisal

If your organization has enabled AI Audio, supervisors can record a Check In or Appraisal using the mobile app. After the recording is processed:

  • Review the generated responses.
  • Edit the content as needed.
  • Submit the completed Check In or Appraisal.

Note: If you are a member of more than one Instance, only notifications from the currently selected Instance will be displayed.
