There are a couple ways to access reports from your mobile app. 

Person’s Profile … From the Person screen, select an individual. Any report set up as a profile report will be displayed toward the bottom of the person’s profile/detail page. Just tap the report you wish to view.

Reports … Tap You (the person icon) at the bottom of the app, and then Full Site. This opens GideonSoft in a web browser (and loads the Instance home page), so the remaining steps are the same as if you signed in on your computer.
