Instance Settings – Profile Visualization

These settings can be edited and saved at the Module or Instance level.

  • Module … When an instance is created, this is the profile visualization that will be imported.
  • Instance … Can add items that are specific to that instance that may not be needed for future instances.

Either will only apply to the display of a person’s profile in a specific Instance.

The Status Edit/Display widget displays the person’s current status in the top section of a person’s profile. If the user viewing the profile has permission, this widget also allows the status to be changed and view the status history. (No configuration is needed)

Displaying a score or rank variable on a person’s profile can highlight important performance data. You can also choose to only display this widget for people who are in certain roles (Note: Be mindful of who can/should see what data; not every bit of information should be seen by everyone). The widget will not display if the person does not have a score to view.
