Let’s Start at the Top!

  • Upgraded Packaging! … Select which Modules and Instances to install a package. You can also now include Feedback library, categories or rules when creating a package.
  • Updated Search Results … You can now see a person’s status in the results list.
  • See All the Instances … See and make changes to open, closed or scheduled Instances. From here, you can also manage packages, as well as planned Instances.

In both Performance and Persistent Module types …

  • Completely redesigned Module settings UI, making it easier to find what you’re looking for.
  • High-level Insights data to quickly gauge activity Module-wide.
  • Shortcuts! To locate and knock out the tasks you need to more quickly.

  • More “Available” Multi Text Widgets … All fields are displayed at once, so the responder knows what to expect.
  • More Flexible Matrix Rating Commenting … Comments can be always visible, always hidden or displayed when needed.
  • “Healthy Boundaries” for Text Widgets … You can set a character limit on responses.

  • More Focused Report Generation … Limit who is reported on based on a selected score (just like spreadsheets), and/or whose profile displays a report based on a selected role and score.
  • CPR Reporting! … Now you can make a report available on the CPR Position page.

Instantly Better Instances

  • Better Accountability … GideonSoft now records who changes a person’s status as part of the person’s status history.
  • Manage Note Types everywhere … Just like the Org level and Persistent Modules, you can now manage Note Types in Performance Modules.
  • Get Your Sheets Together … Manage spreadsheet availability on the Planner, just like surveys, observations and reports.

  • Easier Access to GideonSoft Support … From anywhere in GideonSoft, you can go visit the Knowledge Base or Need Assistance pages.
  • Customizable Support Link … For those clients who need it (you know who you are!), you can link directly from the GideonSoft sign in page to your internal support site.

 

Other Miscellaneous Goodness

  • Include Feedback in Templates … Transfer the Feedback Content Library when exporting a template!
  • CPR Appraisal Confirmation … The date/timestamp is now included on Appraisal reports.
  • CPR Appraisal Reminders … Remind a supervisor when a Check-In or Appraisal is not completed after 30 days.
  • Better Navigation … We updated the header in Modules and Instances so you more clearly know where you’re working.
