To begin, log in to your organization’s Gideonsoft web application. You’ll need your organization’s org code, which is typically an abbreviation or short name of your company.

If your company is named Marvelous Adventures Company, the org code may be something like mac or marvelous.
💡 Tip: If you’re unsure of your org code, please contact your Gideonsoft administrator for assistance.
Step 2: Access the Knowledge Base
Once logged in:
- Click the menu icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select Knowledge Base.

- If you’re a new user, this action will automatically create your account and link it to the support.gideonsoft.com website for future use.
- If you already have an account, you’ll be automatically logged in, and you can skip to the final step.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile Information
