This feature automatically tags evaluations with a descriptive label if the evaluation falls within the specified date range. This enables additional filtering options when reporting and data analysis.

There are two paths to access Autotags, from the Instance home page:

• Settings…, Instance Builder…, Calendar.
  • Expand any day on the calendar.
  • Click +Add to add Auto Tag.
• Navigate from the Instance homepage to Data…, Tools… Autotags. All existing Autotags will be displayed.
• To create a new Autotag, click “New Tag”. You will be prompted to provide the following:
  • Start Date and End Date – these dates are inclusive
  • Tag name (enter the name of the descriptive (or label to apply to the evaluation)
  • Click the ‘Save’ button.
• To edit an existing Autotag, click the edit icon.
• To delete an Autotag, click the X. You will be prompted to confirm.

Note: Autotags are not retroactive. In other words, they must be configured before evaluations are recorded.
