From the Instance home page, click on the Settings icon.

 

My Shortcuts

These shortcuts link to the item on this settings page. You can customize your own set of shortcuts, up to 12. Next to each item on the page, there’s a bookmark icon (solid if saved as a shortcut, hollow/empty if not saved), and an information icon (roll over it to see more detail about the item).

 

Overview

Name

Name: __

The name of the Instance. This should clearly identify the measurement period taking place (e.g. “2025-2026” or “Fall 2025”).

 

Status 

Status: Open / Closed. 

As long as an Instance is open, data can be collected and edited. If you close an Instance, you will no longer be able to collect or edit data, but you can run reports and view/export data. You will also be asked a few questions. You can click on the bold blue text for additional options regarding each question…

• Move Statistics into the template – this moves statistical data to the module, which enables comparison across instances (i.e. “population”)
• Update any Status Assignments – this updates people who may have graduated, for example
• Enter any Score Variable notes to explain data outliers – you may need to capture context or thoughts regarding variables for research/historical purposes

 

Start Date 

When does this Instance start? Click on the date to select.

 

End Date 

When will this Instance end? Click on the date to select.

 

Data Flow

Some high level information about the Instance, such as Data Flow (Last 30 days) and other summary data points is displayed. Click the graph to enlarge, and refresh the data.

Set up the types for note organization in this Instance.

 

Content Categories 

Feedback is organized into categories that help evaluators select the most appropriate content. This tool lets you create and edit the categories used to organize your feedback. 

 

Content Library 

The Content Library is used as a feedback counseling tool and contains common feedback statements to assist evaluators in the assessment process. 

 

Content Rules 

This tool lets you create rules that will display specific feedback based on the criteria you set. 

 

Manage Task Queue 

This tool lets you view and adjust background processes. 

 

Profile Visualization Settings 

Use these settings to control the profile page visualizations for this particular Instance. 

 

Auto-Instance Settings 

Use this tool to automate the creation of future Instances. 

 

System Logs and Reporting

Activity and Configuration 

You can view information here to find out about how people are currently using this app, as well as insights into how this app is currently configured. 

 

System Logging

This lets you view the admin and configuration activity that has occurred in this system. You can search and sort the log, and export the audit history to a .csv file.
