Once you select an Instance and are viewing the Instance Homepage, tiles representing people will be displayed at the bottom of the page. Each tile contains a profile picture (if uploaded), either their Instance Identifier or Name, and their Status.
You can filter people by theirâŠ
- Role(s) from the âShowing:â drop down,
- Status,
- Status type (Active, Inactive, or All);
- You can also search/filter by typing text into the âFilter peopleâŠâ box.
Thereâs a dropdown to further organize this page. You can select âShow People onlyâ, âShow Objects onlyâ or âShow People & Objectsâ (the default selection is set by the administrator). The People and Objects groupings can be collapsed and expanded as needed.
Additional information can be displayed by clicking the Show information toggle. When engaged, a drop down with all available person descriptives becomes available. Up to 5 can be selected for display. They will display under each person in the order in which they were selected.
In the tilesâŠ
- Click on a personâs profile picture to view the userâs Profile, which includes additional details and data, such as descriptives, goals, role/group assignments, 360 relationships and the personâs Progress Report.
- Click on the status tab to view or change their status.
