In order to associate a CAC with a username you will need the following:

1. EDIPI # from CAC
2. Username to associate with CAC
3. Role assignment that allows you to change Global Identifier for users

There are 2 ways to associate an EDIPI # with a CAC:

1. Importing a spreadsheet with EDIPI # as Global Identifier for Usernames
   1. This can be done during in-processing
2. Accessing each individual profile and changing Global Identifier to EDIPI #

**If you do not have the proper permissions to change your Global Identifier contact your Admin.
