Module In-Processing Settings

Manage the in-processing settings for Instances in this Module.

User Display Format

People in the Module should be displayed using: Full Name / Identifier.

This setting determines the default format for viewing people in lists throughout the Module. If not set, the organization’s setting will be used.

CPR Position Transfer

When in-processing people into new Instances, transfer / do not transfer their current position.

This setting determines what to do with current Positions when in-processing people into new Instances. The default setting is Transfer … When you in-process an existing person into an Instance in the same Module, their current Position from the last Instance is carried forward into the new Instance. If the Supervisor is also imported, it’ll be fully active. Otherwise the Position will remain as a Draft. This only applies when the person’s latest, current position is active within the Module.

Instance Non-Completion Status

The status used to identify people who have not passed or who have failed an Instance is: [selected status].

Often at the end of an Instance, this selects the default status for People who have not successfully completed or passed the Instance (course/class). This can help in reporting and research. This is particularly important for selection or recruiting Modules.

The status used to identify people who have successfully completed an Instance is: [selected Status]

User Account Conversion

When people get moved into new Instances from this Module, their record should be Use Organization Default / Archived / Unchanged.

When set to Archive, the people and data will remain in the Module in an archived state. You will need to apply the archive filter to display them. You can also move a person out of the archive and if they ever get moved back in the Module, they will be moved out of the archive.
