These are the basic settings for Performance Modules.
Module Name
The name of this Module is __.
Provide a short but meaningful name for the Module by clicking on the blue name, entering text and clicking the green check.
Module Displayed Label
This module should be called __.
You can use this to override the Organization label setting for this Module throughout the web and mobile apps.
Instance Displayed Label
Instances should be called __.
You can use this to override the Organization label setting for Instances in this Module throughout the web and mobile apps.
Profile Visualization Settings
Use these settings to control the default profile page visualizations for Instances.
Instance Home Page Tile Display
On the Instance home page, show People and Objects / People only / Objects only with Any / [Selected role] role and Active / Inactive / Any status by default.
This sets the defaults for thumbnails/tiles to display on all Instance homepages for all users (these can be changed while viewing the home page).
My People
Enabling this feature will force the “My People” feature for people in the selected roles. Enable and select one or more Roles; or disable. People not in the selected roles will be able to optionally turn the feature off.
Quick Link Default Settings
(Admin) These settings will be used for anyone that has not customized their own Quick Links toolbar. Select and re-order as desired. Not all users have the ability to customize the Quick Links toolbar. Additionally, each item selected will be shown or hidden based on the user’s permissions.
Instance Management
(Admin) This tool lets you quickly and easily manage multiple Instances and install packages in bulk. View topic
Planned Instance Management
(Admin) This lets you plan future Instances. View topic
Auto-Instance Settings
Set default settings and automate the creation of future Instances.
Import a Backup
This is an advanced option. This lets you import all the necessary files and data to recreate an Instance. Drag and drop your backup file in the box.
Note: the backup file should be from the same version of GideonSoft.
Export a backup
This is an advanced option. This is useful if you want to save all the files and data from an Instance so you can load it into a new Instance. Select an Instance, and click Export Backup.
