Organization Settings

The Organization settings page is where to manage Organization level and Organization-wide options in GideonSoft.

 

My Shortcuts

My Shortcuts provides quick access to your most used Org settings. Clicking on an item in My Shortcuts will take you to its location on the Org Settings page, where the item will be highlighted.

There are 12 default options preselected, however they can be customized. 

  • To remove an item from My Shortcuts, navigate to its location on the Org Settings page. Click its flag icon to deselect the item. My Shortcuts should update to reflect the change. 
  • To add an item, navigate to the item on the page and click the flag icon. It will be added to your shortcuts list.
  • Up to 12 items can be selected.

 

Insights

This panel displays total Logins by user type (Last 30 days), Data Flow (Last 30 days), and some summary data of user accounts, modules and instances. You can click the graphs to enlarge, and refresh the data.

 

Filter items

A search bar is available for quick filtering/searching for the desired setting(s).
