You can review Observations made in an Instance by selecting “History” from the main Observation page:

• By default, you will only see Observations you have made (with Overseer permissions, you will see all Observations made by everyone).
• You can filter the list of observations down by typing in the “Search observations” box and clicking the icon to the right, or select a date range from the drop down.
• You can sort the list of Observations by clicking the up/down arrows next to each column heading.

More options available for managing individual Observations:

• To view details of an Observation, such as comments or other descriptive information, click the blue down arrow next to the Observation.
• To edit an Observation, click the pencil icon. You can change the people, behavior, tags, comment, and/or timestamp. If an observation has already been edited, there will be an indication under Descriptives. Make sure you hit SAVE when you make changes!
• To copy an Observation, click the + icon. Select the target being observed, set the timestamp, add a comment (optional) and select whether to notify the observed.
• To delete an Observation, click the X. You will be prompted to confirm.
