My Position (CPR)

From your profile, you can go to ‘Position’ and view details and history regarding your Position.

  • Your Title will be displayed, with a down arrow that toggles your Start Date, Supervisor and Description.
  • Your Check In Schedule and Next Appraisal date will also be displayed.
  • You can request a Check In with your Supervisor at any time by clicking the Check In button, select a topic and click ‘Send Request’.
  • Supervisors also have an edit icon (pencil) to quickly change the Start Date, Check In schedule or Appraisal date.

 

CPR Activity

This is where the Supervisor and Employee can view a history of communication and activity. Agents do have access to this section.

  • Your Position history is listed, with your current Position labeled as such.
  • Filter … The list of items can be filtered down by selecting Other, Personal, Skipped, Confirmed.
  • Supervisors can click ‘Complete This Check In’ to add comments (viewable by both Supervisor and Employee) and add notes (viewable only by the Supervisor).

 

Responsibilities

A Responsibility is a duty or significant activity that a person will be accountable to perform or complete; broad and not bound to time; these can be added/edited at a later time. The Position Responsibilities (directly related to the job) are shown in blue, and primary Responsibilities can be designated. Other Responsibilities (auxiliary; assigned by someone other than the Supervisor) are shown in gray.

 

Here, the Supervisor, Agents, and Employee can review Responsibilities.

  • The Supervisor and Employee can make changes to Commitments.
  • The Supervisor can add or edit Responsibilities.
  • Agents can add new Responsibilities, but only of type Other.
  • There is no limit to the number of Responsibilities a Job can include.
