◦ In the continuing effort to keep GideonSoft up to date and modern, we’ve updated all the icons throughout the web and mobile app UI. While every icon on every screen has been updated, you’ll find everything is in the same familiar place and layout.

◦ Instead of (only) hundreds of options to customize reports, you now have over 6000!

◦ In Persistent Modules, data entry is now as easy as the Performance Module profile fields: click, type, press enter.

◦ Settings can now include global profile fields, display a date picker or picklist fields, and use an expression builder for a username field. Settings can also be copied from one category to another.

◦ We’ve added In-Processing categories (just like the Performance Module process), a queue (for review), an option to create a user account, as well as more assignment options.

◦ We added the ability to send In-Processing notifications to admins, when people join GideonSoft via QR code or email.

◦ Admins can use presets to set default usernames, passwords and identifiers when moving multiple people at one time.

◦ Name formatting options … Display a person’s Name or Identifier in your surveys (just like in reports); or leave it up to the system default settings.

◦ More Ranking flexibility … For Ranking questions, set a minimum number of responses, instead of requiring everything to be ranked. So, now you can ask if this is one of your top 3 survey updates (for example). 

◦ Now more like the Persistent Module and Instance people pages, there are customizable columns, filtering/grouping, a watch list and bulk actions!

◦ There are now advanced filtering options, and in Performance modules, there's a location field, showing instance status and module assignment.

◦ Select a score variable for the x-axis and a variable for the y-axis, and this displays everyone in a selected role as a scatter plot. Roll over the various visual elements for more detail. Customize labels, markers, colors, tool tips, the legend, and add reference lines if you like. Available for both Custom Person and Custom Group reports.

◦ Customize as needed, displaying org-wide and instance-specific data, with the option of allowing them to be editable.

◦ An admin can use the new sidebar icon and panel to quickly access a person’s history, goals, reports and other data.

◦ The sidebar includes history and goals, and all data fields only include what admins make available.

◦ We redesigned the GideonSoft web app user experience to modernize the look & interactivity and make it more user friendly. There’s always room for improvement …
