According to the Support ChatBot:

In GideonSoft, you cannot directly delete a status in a Persistent Module. Instead, you can archive the status. Archiving a status will make it unavailable for use in any instances, but existing people assigned to that status will remain set to it.

To archive a status:
– Go to the status settings in your Persistent Module.
– Find the status you want to remove.
– Check the Archived? option.
– Save your changes.

This way, the status is effectively removed from active use without deleting historical data.
If you need to completely remove a status, consider whether it is part of a module template or configuration that might require more advanced management, but direct deletion is not supported.
