Vector 360 is Horizon’s Whole Leader Review. Vector 360 utilizes a
scientific process that provides sound and comprehensive feedback
on a leader’s abilities. Vector 360 is a focused assessment that
equips leaders to evaluate their own competencies while
simultaneously allowing the supervisors, peers, direct reports, and
others to provide input on leader’s competencies and performance.

Methodology
